Loan Procedures

The IHMSM Video Library is a free lending-library for all Department of Defense personnel. Individuals can borrow up to five videos per request for up to a month. Submit loan requests to the IHMSM via e-mail to Carolyn.Johnson4@us.army.mil, FAX (410)436-2439, or telephone DSN 584-2439/Commercial (410)436-2439. To expedite your request, please provide the following information:

  • Your name

  • Complete mailing address (for FedEx delivery)

  • Commercial phone number

  • List of videos you wish to borrow

  • The IHMSM covers the cost of the shipping and will provide you with a return mailing label.
